Let your youngsters discover what great things they can accomplish while having so much fun developing their coordination, agility, flexibility and motor skills at My Gym Children’s Fitness Center. In addition they will gain self-awareness through stretching, tumbling, game playing and interacting with one another.

The My Gym Children’s Fitness Center philosophy is based on taking children at various physical, emotional and intellectual levels and helping them develop their confidence and self-esteem through love, understanding and positive reinforcement.

Mom’s you are going to LOVE this lifetime membership because My Gym Children’s Fitness Center has tailor made programs for kids of all ages. Parent Participation classes such as Tiny Tykes for infants start as young as 3 months old. Continue to watch them grow into other parent participation classes that will teach your child social skills, motor coordination, and comprehension skills. For older children, independent classes start at 3 ½ and will continue all the way up to age 13 where they are really challenged with a more demanding Cardio Kicks class. Whatever your children’s age or interests, My Gym Children’s Fitness Center offers a range of classes that will meet their interests and challenge them.
