Do you have an animal lover in your house? Chances are your kids haven’t had the opportunity to get up close and personal with a fox, hedgehog, kinkajous or binturong, right? At Wild Wonders, wildlife educators and their 150 animal-ambassadors will take you on an unforgettable adventure at the wildlife education and conservation center, located on 5+ acres in Bonsall. The one hour, behind-the-scenes guided ‘Interactive Facility Tour’ is intimate, educational and packed full with unique animal-encounters only Wild Wonders can offer. Each tour will include photo opportunities and a chance to feed and interact with animals.

With a staff of degreed professionals loaded with extensive experience in educating the public, as well as the handling and training of diverse species, your family will experience a rare and unique opportunity to interact with the animal ambassador family while learning more about the important roles these animals have in the wild. Tours are held most weekends at 10am. Please call Wild Wonders at 760-630-9230 for availability, and to reserve your date and time. Please wear closed-toed, comfortable walking shoes and water to drink.

Wild Wonders, Inc. is a licensed and insured wildlife education organization that travels throughout the United States providing exotic animals and animal trainers for educational programs, parties, rentals, and exhibits. In addition to tours, Wild Wonders also offers unique on-site birthday parties, education and scouting programs, day camps and corporate events. All of the 150 animal ambassadors were obtained from other educational facilities, as confiscated or owner relinquished illegal pets, or non-releasable native wildlife. Wild Wonders animals have appeared on The Discovery Channel, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Howie Mandel Show, The David Letterman Show, the Wayne Brady Show, Good Morning America, The Today Show, Ellen Degeneres and Animal Planet. Since 1991, Wild Wonders has grown into one of the foremost wildlife education organizations in the west.

"I went on a tour of Wild Wonders after learning about it from Jessica at The Wildlife Company. Four of us went as a birthday gift for my daughter's friend. There were about 8 of us on the tour: it was so personal. We visited so many different enclosures and learned tons of information about each animal. Some animals were best viewed at a distance (like the cheetah), others we got to touch. I was even brave enough to have a giant hissing cockroach put on my shirt! This makes a really different and memorable family outing. I hope you try it!"
