The Whole Scoop:

Bravo School of Art offers classes in art for children to explore their creativity in a safe, supportive and fun environment - perfect for busy kids to get creative without the long-term commitment of time and money! Taught by experienced and highly qualified working artists who are eager to share their skills, these workshops provide students with the creative outlet they’ve been seeking.

* Project Art
Instructed by Patricia Hyman, this after-school series of art classes is designed to encourage your child’s creative side. Each week students will start and finish a different project designed to explore imagination and/or observation. Students will develop basic drawing skills and learn about color using oil pastel, watercolor and color pencils.

Wednesdays, Sept 21 – Oct 12
4:00 – 5:30pm

* Art-A-Go-Go
Led by Cecie McCaffery, your child’s talent and imagination will flow in these after-school art classes. Projects may include “recycled” collage, batik, printmaking, still life or superhero drawing, painting, or self-portrait. Students are encouraged to express their “artistic vision” while learning new techniques. (Class will not meet October 25).

4:00 – 5:30pm

*Art Lab
Artist and scenic designer Robin Sanford Roberts holds this after-school series of art classes that include fresco painting, recycled art, drawing, printmaking, self-portrait collages and a few surprises. (Class will not meet November 23).
Two Session Dates:
Wednesdays, Oct 19 – Nov 9
