The one hour class is taught by certified instructors and is full of power walking, strength and body toning exercises as well as abs and stretching. What sets Stroller Strides apart is that you bring your babies and toddlers to work out with you, making it super easy and convenient to get in shape or maintain your fitness level!

Stroller Strides utilizes exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment - no additional equipment is necessary. Instructors weave songs and activities into the routine to entertain your baby or toddler. In addition to getting back into shape after having a baby or simply staying fit – another incredible benefit of Stroller Strides is the camaraderie you will gain with other new moms or caregivers.
