How do I get the deal?
Simply click the "Buy" button. We will e-mail you a certificate that you can print and redeem for your deal.

I have a referral code, how do I use it?
Create your account and put the referral code in the space indicated.  Please allow 48 hours before your referral bonus will show in your account.

Who do I contact if I have questions about a deal?
Please contact CircleBuzz directly, using any of the options on our Contact Us page.

How long do I have to use my certificate?
Expiration dates vary, please see the details related to the deal you are buying.

How do I use my certificate?
You will recieve an e-mail the day after your purchase.  Just print and follow the redemption instructions.

Can I use part of my certificate now and part later?
No, unless specifically mentioned in the deal, you will need to use the entire amount at once.

How soon can I use my certificate?
Unless otherwise stated, you can use the certificate the day after the deal ends on CircleBuzz.

I purchased an item, why isn't it showing up in my account?
It will take at least a day for an item you purchased to show up.  If you made a purchase before September 28th and you need your certificate, please e-mail us at support@circlebuzz.com and we will send you a copy.

What if I can't remember my log-in information?
If you made a purchase before September 28, 2010, you would not have had log in information.  You can retrieve your password from the log-in page.  We recommend using your e-mail as your user name - one less thing to remember!

What if the business closes down?
Contact CircleBuzz and we will take care of you.

Is CircleBuzz safe to use?
We do not sell or share your information with anyone.  Our credit card processing is secure, utilizing industry standard protocols for security and information privacy.

Can I get a refund?
Your purchase is final, so please make sure you can use it before you buy it.  If a business closes or refuses your certificate, please contact us and we will resolve the problem.
